The studio is not near Sugar House, it is in it. Suite 107 at 2006 South 900 East sits a few blocks north of the 1100 East and 2100 South business district, which means most of the neighborhood is a five-minute drive or a walkable errand.

Five minutes from the Monument
From the obelisk at 1100 East and 2100 South, the studio is a short run north on 900 East. If you are running errands along what locals still call furniture row, an appointment slots in between them rather than becoming its own trip.
Park in the park
Sugar House Park covers about 110 acres just east of the studio and is the largest park in Salt Lake City. If you have a gap before your appointment, that is where to spend it. There is parking at the building and street parking on the residential blocks nearby.
Westminster and the neighborhood crowd
Westminster University has been in Sugar House since 1911, and a good share of the client list is students, faculty and people who work in the district. Weekday late-afternoon slots go first for exactly that reason, so book those ahead.
