The boring but important bit

Booking & studio policies

A solo studio runs on one person’s calendar, so an empty chair cannot be filled by someone else. These are the policies that keep that workable, written plainly.

01

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. That is usually enough time to offer the slot to someone on the waitlist. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee per the policy shown at booking. Life genuinely does happen, so text as early as you know.

02

Running late

Text if you are running behind. A late start generally means a shorter appointment rather than a later finish, because the next client is booked. Past about 15 minutes on a full set, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

03

Deposits and payment

Any deposit requirement is shown at checkout when you book through the online system. Card, debit and cash are accepted, and buy-now-pay-later is available on eligible purchases at checkout.

04

Fixes and redos

If something is not right, text within a few days with a photo. Lash retention problems in the first week get looked at. What is not covered is normal shedding, a set that has gone four weeks without a fill, or damage from picking. The response will always be honest either way.

05

Health, allergies and medications

Say what is going on when you book: sensitive eyes, prior reactions, pregnancy, recent cosmetic treatments, and any prescription retinoid or acne medication. Some services get adjusted and some get postponed, and it is much better to sort that out beforehand than in the chair.

06

Guests, kids and pets

It is a small private studio with no real waiting area, so appointments work best with just you. If that is not possible, text ahead and it can usually be worked around.
