West Valley City is the second largest city in Utah with about 140,000 residents, and the studio is a good twenty minutes east of it. That is not close, and there is no point saying otherwise. What brings people across is the colored, glitter and decal lash work, which is genuinely hard to find anywhere in the valley.

The Utah Cultural Celebration Center hosts the Utah Polynesian Festival, Pow Wows and Day of the Dead events through the year, and it holds one of only three Olmec Heads in the United States, a gift from Mexico. Custom color, glitter and decal sets get booked around those dates more than anything else on the menu.
Freeway or surface streets, take your pick
Crossing the valley east to west has no clean freeway answer. I-215 around and in works; so does staying on 3500 South or 2100 South the entire way. Off-peak the surface route is usually no slower and involves less merging, and at 5 PM neither one is quick. If you navigate by the Maverik Center, the trip is simply that in reverse and then some.
