Built stone by stone
Each crystal is placed individually rather than applied as a pre-made transfer, so the wings can be scaled to the width of your tooth and angled to sit level when you smile. That is the difference between a butterfly that looks placed and one that looks stuck on.
Sizing and placement
Smaller teeth take a compact three-to-five-stone butterfly; a central incisor can carry a larger one. It is usually set slightly above center so it stays clear of the biting edge, which is where wear happens. Bring a reference photo and it gets mapped to your tooth before anything is bonded.
Care and lifespan
No eating for an hour, nothing sticky or hard for 24 hours, then brush normally with a soft brush. Expect six months to a year. If a single wing stone comes loose, text the studio; replacing one crystal is quicker and cheaper than redoing the piece.

- Typically six months to a year. Multi-gem designs occasionally lose an individual stone before the rest, which can be replaced on its own.
- Yes, when applied professionally. Nothing is drilled, the crystals bond to the enamel surface with dental-grade adhesive, and a dentist can polish the bond off cleanly. Never use a DIY kit with craft glue.
- Yes. Hearts, stars, initials, clusters and custom shapes are all possible; the butterfly is just the most requested. Text a reference photo and you will get an honest answer on whether it will work at tooth scale.
