Single gems start at $25, the butterfly is $65 and a full Disco Tooth is $80; anything else is quoted from your reference photo.

The scale you are really designing for
A front tooth is about the size of a thumbnail and a standard crystal is roughly two millimeters across, so a design is three to nine stones rather than a drawing. Shapes that survive that constraint are the ones made of dots: hearts, stars, crosses, crescents, small clusters and scattered constellations. Fine lines, lettering and anything with an outline simply do not read at tooth scale.
Initials, and which letters actually work
Letters made from straight strokes hold up. L, T, I, V, X, A and M can be built from a handful of stones and still be legible across a table. Curved and enclosed letters such as S, G, B and R turn into a blob at three stones and need more space than a tooth’s face can give them. If your initial is in the second group, a small shape placed nearby beats a letter nobody can read.
Multi-tooth work and placement
A cluster that starts dense on one tooth and scatters onto the next reads as deliberate and photographs well; identical gems spaced evenly across several teeth reads as a mistake. Designs are set slightly above the biting edge, since that is where wear happens, and the lateral incisors and canines catch light at a better angle than the two front teeth do.

- A single gem starts at $25, the Butterfly is $65 and the Disco Tooth is $80. Other custom pieces are priced between those depending on the stone count and the time involved, and are quoted from your photo.
- Straight-stroke letters like L, T, I, V and M work at three to five stones. Curved letters such as S, G and B lose their shape at that size and usually end up unreadable, so a cluster or a small shape is the better call.
- Six months to a year, the same as a single gem, though a design with more stones is more likely to drop one along the way. Individual crystals can be replaced on their own without redoing the whole piece.
