Most Sandy appointments are tied to something on the calendar: a show, a match at America First Field, a wedding. Come a couple of days early. Fresh adhesive wants 24 hours away from steam, water and sweat, and a new set looks more like your own face once it has settled overnight.
A theatre town with a full season
Hale Centre Theatre at 9900 South Monroe Street drew more than 600,000 patrons in 2023 and has taken Best of State 37 consecutive times, so a lot of the year here is already spoken for. Worth knowing when you schedule: a classic set is about two hours, hybrid two and a half, volume three. A matinee and a full set do not fit in the same afternoon.
The freeway is the route, rush hour is the catch
From The Shops at South Town it is straight up I-15 and off at 2100 South. Off-peak that is a clean twenty minutes. Northbound between 7 and 9 on a weekday morning it is not, so a late morning or mid-afternoon slot is the easier booking if you have the choice.

- About twenty minutes off-peak, north on I-15 to 2006 S 900 E, Suite 107 in Sugarhouse. Weekday morning traffic northbound adds to that, so mid-day appointments are the easier ones.
- Two or three days. The adhesive needs 24 hours with no steam, water or sweat, and a set settles into looking natural after the first night. Same-day appointments before a big evening are the ones people regret.
- Classic full set about two hours, hybrid two and a half, volume three. A lash lift or brow lamination is around 45 minutes. Add twenty minutes of driving at each end when you plan the day.
- Yes. Color, glitter and decals start at $10 on top of any set and can simply be left out at your next fill. Retention is no different from a plain black set.
