Tiny decals, charms and flat-back gems bonded directly onto the extensions: stars, hearts, butterflies, or a single rhinestone in the outer corner. It is the most detailed thing on the lash menu and also the shortest-lived, and both of those facts are worth knowing before you book rather than after.

What to Expect
What gets bonded, and where
Decals sit on the extension itself, never on your skin and never on the natural lash. Each one is placed along the upper surface of a spike so the weight is carried down the length of the lash rather than hanging off the tip. One or two per eye in the outer third is the usual ask; a row of them across the whole lash line is a photoshoot or festival decision.
Two weeks, and no brushing
Decals hold for roughly two weeks, which is about one fill cycle, and it is normal for one to come off before the others. You also cannot run a spoolie through lashes that are wearing decals, because the bristles catch the edge and lift them straight off. Plan to leave them alone, cleanse gently with your fingertips, and pat dry instead of brushing.
Size and weight decide what stays on
A gem’s footprint matters more than its sparkle. Small flat-backs bond along the curve of an extension, get real contact, and stay. Big domed rhinestones touch in one spot and tip forward within a day or two. Bring a photo and you will get a straight answer about whether that piece will hold on your lashes or only survive one night out.

- From $10 as an add-on to any set or fill, priced on how many pieces you want and how much detail is involved. A classic full set with a couple of corner gems runs from $155.
- About two weeks, so roughly one fill cycle, and individual pieces sometimes drop earlier than that. The lash set underneath still lasts its normal two to three weeks either way.
- No. A spoolie catches the edge of a decal and pulls it off. Cleanse gently with your fingertips and an oil-free lash wash, rinse, and pat dry with a lint-free cloth instead of brushing.
- Not the small flat-back ones, which are placed along the top of an extension so the weight sits over the lash rather than off the end. Oversized domed stones do feel heavy, which is why they get talked out of rather than applied.
